Hidden inside Soap Bar Co in the historic port of Echuca, regional Victoria, The Sunroom invites you to step out of your day and into a space of gentle calm, free of judgement. Designed for those craving pause, presence and relaxation and ritual, this sanctuary evokes slow living with a retreat feel — no rush, no pressure, just time to be.

Our weekly group sessions are guided by softness and stillness. We run guided sessions that invite you to pause with purpose- and then stay. To let it settle, to sip something that warms your soul, to breathe without needing to move on. Guests are invited to move through the space slowly — journaling, sipping tea, resting, creating, or simply breathing — supported by soundscapes, ambient lighting, and the nurturing rituals of our Soul Pantry.

What to Expect:

• Guided Sessions incorporating meditation, breath work, rituals and self-care

• Free flow designed to drop in and out, unstructured, self-led. A space to just be, whatever that feels like for you
